Remember Me, starring Rob Pattinson (heard of him?) and Emilie de
Ravin (Lost), opens in just a few weeks so a new featurette was
released to help promote the film. Rob was decent as Cedric Diggory
in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, but was absolutely
horrendous as Edward Cullen in New Moon. in Remember Me, he's
playing an entirely different character altogether so it will be
very interesting to see what his acting skills are like here.
Remember Me will show just how much drawing power Rob Pattinson
has. If the film could get even 5% of Twilight's fan base to come
out, it could be very successful. The only problem lies in the
genre itself. Romantic dramas aren't exactly the biggest draws but
if tweens and twi-moms come out to support their precious Rob, it
could be a whole different story. Check out the featurette below.
In the romantic drama Remember Me, Robert Pattinson plays Tyler, a
rebellious young man in New York City who has a strained
relationship with his father (Pierce Brosnan) ever since tragedy
separated their family. Tyler didn’t think anyone could possibly
understand what he was going through until the day he met Ally
(Emilie de Ravin) through an unusual twist of fate. Love was the
last thing on his mind, but as her spirit unexpectedly heals and
inspires him, he begins to fall for her. Through their love, he
begins to find happiness and meaning in his life. But soon, hidden
secrets are revealed, and the circumstances that brought them
together slowly threaten to tear them apart. Remember Me is an
unforgettable story about the power of love, the strength of
family, and the importance of living passionately and treasuring
every day of one’s life.
