New Images From THE HOBBIT, THE AVENGERS, PROMETHEUS and THE BOURNE LEGACY

Here's the first official image of Jeremy Renner as Aaron Cross in THE BOURNE LEGACY. The film takes place in the same universe as the first three Bourne flicks, but works from a completely separate story. Tony Gilroy, who scripted all three films (not so much Ultimatum apparently), takes on directing duties. Joan Allen, Rachel Weisz, Albert Finney, Edward Norton and Oscar Isaac round out the fantastic cast. I'm a huge fan of the Bourne Trilogy and I can't wait to see what they do this time around. The film hits theatres August 13.

Jackson, and directed by Joss Whedon, “Marvel’s The Avengers” is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” first published in 1963 and a comics institution ever since. Prepare yourself for an exciting event movie, packed with action and spectacular special effects, when “Marvel’s The Avengers” assemble in summer 2012. The film also stars Sir Ian McKellen, Evangeline Lilly, Cate Blanchett, Hugo Weaving, Elijah Wood, Orlando Bloom, Andy Serkis, Luke Evans, Benedict Cumberbatch and Stephen Fry. The film hits theaters on December 14th, 2012 in 3D. “The Hobbit” follows the journey of title character Bilbo Baggins, who is swept into an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor, which was long ago conquered by the dragon Smaug. Approached out of the blue by the wizard Gandalf the Grey, Bilbo finds himself joining a company of thirteen dwarves led by the legendary warrior, Thorin Oakensheild. Their journey will take them into the Wild; through treacherous lands swarming with Goblins and Orcs, deadly Wargs and Giant Spiders, Shapeshifters and Sorcerers.

Pictured: Charlize Theron as The Evil Queen in Rupert Sanders' Snow White and the Huntsman. In the epic action-adventure Snow White and the Huntsman, Kristen Stewart (Twilight) plays the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Oscar® winner Charlize Theron) who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the young woman threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Chris Hemsworth, Thor) who was dispatched to kill her. Sam Claflin (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides) joins the cast as the prince long enchanted by Snow White’s beauty and power. The breathtaking new vision of the legendary tale is from Joe Roth, the producer of Alice in Wonderland, producer Sam Mercer (The Sixth Sense) and acclaimed commercial director and state-of-the-art visualist Rupert Sanders.
