Remember Me, starring Rob Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin (Lost), opens March 12 against Green Zone and She's Out of My League. It will be nice to Rob play a different character other than Edward Cullen since I thought he was absolutely horrendous in New Moon. I thought he was quite decent as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Remember Me could show off some acting skills that weren't used in the Twilight films. Remember Me is the type of film where good acting is absolutely essential. In the Twilight Saga, that's not the case. I think Emilie de Ravin is a promising and likable actress. As a big LOST fan I'm just glad Rob's character in the film isn't named Charlie.

Summit is really counting on him to bring in the Twilight fans. They've also attached the new Eclipse trailer to give moviegoers an incentive to shell out the money on a ticket. While romantic dramas aren't known for bringing in the big bucks, the dedicated (and crazy) fan base may change that.
