Here's the first trailer for Jennifer Westfeldt's upcoming romantic dramedy Friends With Kids. The film stars Westfeldt, Adam Scott, Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Chris O’Dowd, Megan Fox and Edward Burns. I was able to catch the flick at TIFF this past September and thought it was one of the better romantic dramas to come along in quite awhile. It's far from a home-run, but it's an enjoyable, funny and intelligent film with a talented cast that helps elevate the material. Although the film does begin to lose steam after awhile and some of the characters are completely underutilized, it's still an impressive directorial debut and worthy of your time. Friends With Kids hits theaters on March 9th.

Friends With Kids is a daring and poignant ensemble comedy about a close-knit circle of friends at that moment in life when children arrive and everything changes. The last two singles in the group observe the effect that kids have had on their friends’ relationships and wonder if there’s a better way. They decide to have a kid together – and date other people. There are big laughs and unexpected emotional truths as this unconventional ‘experiment’ leads everyone in the group to question the nature of friendship, family and, finally, true love.
