Yahoo has premiered the second trailer for Disney's highly anticipated new film TRON: LEGACY. This trailer was just shown at Comic-Con today but Disney was nice enough to make it available to all viewers. Sam Flynn, the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn, looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin’s loyal confidant, father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous. Disney will release Tron Legacy in Disney Digital 3D on December 17th, 2010.

Update: Disney has just released another new image from Tron Legacy courtesy of Facebook's countdown to the release of the film's new trailer. If I remember correctly, this is yet another still from the trailer that will be released on Friday. Below that is the image released the day prior. Disney has released a brand new image from their highly anticipated new film Tron Legacy. Although it doesn't hit theaters until December, there is no shortage of viral campaigns and other promotional activities. The image above is a still from the newest trailer that will be released on Friday with Alice in Wonderland.

The trailer will most likely be leaked online before its scheduled release, however, I strongly suggest to wait until you're able see it in HD (preferably in IMAX 3D). I was able to check out the trailer last Saturday and it does not disappoint at all. I was completely wowed by what i saw in that very short two minutes. There will be a new Tron Legacy image everyday this week in accordance to its facebook page countdown to the release of its trailer.
